I logged into my blog this morning and saw that people were doing a display chain and I thought "Ahhh, how did I miss this?" I was just wondering when Misi with
Gable House Musings was going to do another chain. I am so excited to participate again. It was so much fun last fall. It was a good chance to meet new people, get involved, and stretch my creative mind. So this weeks theme is ~Lion and Lamb~.
I love Forsythia. I think it represents a Lion very well. And the Pussy Willow represents the Lamb. Together making a beautiful arrangement.
Or if you prefer this display. Ha ha, I am feeling funny this morning.
"Poor little sheep, I will save you!!!"
Sweet arrangement of pussy willow and forsythia!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun day for you and the girls today!
Nothing says spring like forsythia and pussy willow. Love your interpretation. ~Ann

Great wax eggs too!
Great display Steph!
ReplyDeleteI checked my forsythia bush yesterday and though there is new growth coming I see no signs of buds for the beautiful blooms; discouraging as it's one of my favs but it hasn't bloomed in three years!
Blessings,
Sheila

Lol, you crack me up girl! You can always tell who has young kids in their home, haha.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your idea of the Forsythia and Pussy Willow interpreted as lion/lamb, that is awesome Steph! I have never looked at it this way before but you are so right. Plus, they look great together and especially in your new pitcher (well I guess that was a few months ago so it's not really new now).
