Snippets of Spring

There is nothing like Spring and being able to refresh the house with sweet flowers (even if they are silk) and pretty colors.
I like to think about what the pioneer women might have had to bring into their cabins, shanties, soddies, or dugouts, to make thier home more beautiful and happy for their loved ones.
I know it would have been all the wonderful wild flowers growing around.  They would have filled pots, bowls, metal dishes, or whatever they had with them.
Happy Spring Day!
